Dynamite's Lone Ranger & Green Hornet Comics[]
The Lone Ranger and the Green Hornet both debuted in the Golden Age of radio and were smash hits for station WXYZ. Both were the creations of Fran Striker and George W. Trendle. On the radio it was revealed that the Green Hornet was, in fact, the grand-nephew of the Lone Ranger. Eventually the two properties were sold to different owners and the connection had to be downplayed. With the Lone Ranger and Green Hornet comic books finally being published by one company, the stories of the two can once again be looked at as a generational saga stretching from the old west to the modern day. While legal issues may prevent any "official" connections outside of the character of Dan Reid Jr., it is nice to finally have the two characters under one publishing umbrella. This wiki is exclusively for the Dynamite versions of these characters.
